Another Birthday has come and gone. This was for a very lucky little boy. It was his 1st birthday so I made a Smash Vanilla Cake with elmo (fondant) on it. It was 2D and really fun to make. Looking forward to another Sesame Street Theme party :)
The cupcake stand was left plain due to the bright hues of the actual party ensemble. Very simple but sweet!

So the chinese in my bloodline came out for this one. I do a stir fry filling (christophene,carrots,onions,cabbage or bok choy) or bamboo shoots if you have them and wrap them in wanton skins . Throw them in some oil and voila there ya go , serve alongside some soy sauce and you've got yourself a bite size treat :-)

Cones were used for the castle and a lot of engineering involved. Got the approval from a certified architect ;-) . This was fun to make and the wow factor is definately here for the girls.

They were suprisingly easy to make but the humidity got the best of Mr. Nessy. I had to settle with some toothpicks and angle his neck in an awkward position.
